Biography
Jason is a BAFTA-nominated director who made his bones as a platinum selling music producer. It’s a background that shaped his approach to creativity, and, after his first experience directing a music video, he knew he didn’t want to do anything else.
His short film “Love Languages” is a nuanced portrayal of six British black men which challenges the stereotypical perceptions of black masculinity.
The film showcases Jason’s ability to combine rich visuals and a compelling narrative, whilst building trust with performers to reveal genuine and touching personal stories.
Funded by Netflix it was BAFTA longlisted for Best British Short Film.

Jason is currently developing two documentaries about internationally renowned musicians at opposite ends of the musical spectrum. The launch parties promise to be legendary.
